Cozy living room. The décor is comfy, but not rustic. Furnishings are mostly antiques (sturdy, not too precious) and oriental rugs (durable). Sofa is mattress quality.

The up-to-date L-shaped kitchen is well-equipped (we love to cook!) including a convection oven ...plus, there's a Weber grill on the porch. Also a dishwasher (who wants to wash dishes on vacation?!) The passageway has a second sink, and mahogany counter, convenient for serving the dining room.

The master bedroom on the 2nd floor is spacious, with 4 big windows, great views, ample space for a pack 'n' play or cushions. Comfortable antique queen size bed with high-quallity mattress.

The cheerful guest room, adjoining the master bedroom, gets morning light. Comfortable antique double bed with high-quality mattress. Unlike some other rentals, we provide linens (you launder them). The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bedroom.

The sumptuous upstairs bathroom has a double shower to die for! It's made of beautiful hand-painted Talavera tile from Mexico (Allison's own design). And, for those chilly mornings, the tiled floor has built-in heat! There's also a half bath on the main floor.
